Delete your Rift AI account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in, profile, all chats and messages, story notes, Snapshots, voice clips, Aura balance, usage counts, likes, follows, comments, reports you filed, notification settings and device tokens, and private characters. It happens immediately and can't be undone.

Characters you published stay available so other people's stories keep working, shown as created by "Deleted user". An active RiftPass is cancelled so it won't renew. We keep payment records required for tax and fraud prevention.

Can't sign in?

Email rift.app.support@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days.
