Points of Interest:
Instant Level 60 – Is causing a stir early as game trending indicates the need for new players or those who choose another new character to have access to instant levels so they can join in on expansion fun. Re-rolling myself to Mage recently (ex-Cleric), the benefits of this means having more fun as many are in the same zone achieving the same goals with the only major pitfall pending the question whether leveling from 60-65 will be enough content and interaction to grasp the chosen class competently at max level?
Two New Equipment Slots – Staying true to MMO styles, earring slots will be available in 3.0.
Void Source Accelerators – 6 are available with the Ultimate Edition, giving the ability to upgrade tier 2 up to 3.5 pieces which will last until Expert Dungeons in 3.0. Only one piece will be upgradeable and those who are currently in tier 3 content are not very happy with this decision.
Limited Edition FAQ:
No word yet on the next currencies available in Nightmare Tide, but the Limited Edition FAQ suggests there definitely is one as expected. Information preparing for RIFT 3.0 will be available here at Junkies Nation very soon.

Note: This has already gone live in game!
Lastly, when enjoying your Cobalt Thresher shark mount in the waters of Telara just remember we won’t have the ability to breath underwater until the new zones in 3.0!
